The location was great as it was close to attractions like the Eden Project and the coast. It only took 5 minutes to walk to Wheal Martyn, which was convenient.

It was an absolutely great hotel in a lovely area, close enough to well furnished to the highest standard, the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan and St Austell and main traffic routes. Everyone was friendly and accommodating as well as owner. The room was spotless, had a good bathroom. Had great facilities, such as Wi-Fi, coffee, and a hair dryer.
